Happy Father's Day

I have been away overnight for a friend's 40th Birthday celebrations and left all the boys at home for some good old fashioned quality time.

This Father's Day we decided to keep it simple, lots of hugs and special things like food.

When I returned this morning I had a bunch of cooking to do.

A double batch of Jam Drops for the mustering this week.

some for the freezer.

Egg sandwiches for tomorrow,

Corned meat sandwiches too!

Home grown Brangus Rib Fillet for Father's Day tea,

followed by Lemon Delicious Puddings (thank you Donna Hay)!

 HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!
